During this time we begin color selections for interior and exterior. We acquire our permits and finish building plan revisions. Finally a pre construction meeting with our Construction manager.
Construction
From the day we break ground we keep you involved. Direct communication start to finish. Detailed walk-through meetings for electrical layouts. Final construction orientation meeting to walk through mechanical and maintenance aspect of your new home.
Closing
Final inspections, paint touch ups, and occupancy. Closing meeting to complete financials, warranty paperwork, and hand over the keys to your new home.
